Let's become a waiter or a waitress in a taco shop in Papa's Taco Mia. Take customers' orders and make delicious tacos to earn as much money as possible.

This game is the third edition of the Papa Louie restaurant management series. It was developed by Flipline Studios who also made Papa Louie: When Pizzas Attack. In this game, you will become a waiter or a waitress at a taco restaurant. Papa Louie who owns a taco shop organizes a Taco Eating Contest. You will join this contest and compete with James and Kingsley to eat as many tacos as possible. After winning this contest, you are awarded a trophy and have to help Papa Louie manage the taco shop for a few days. When Papa Louie is not in the shop, you must deal with all tasks in the shop. Unlike other versions, the taco shop in this game has only three stations.

• Order Station: In the order station, you will take customers' orders and serve them delicious tacos. Moreover, you must wait for their feedback and tips after they eat your tacos.
• Grill Station: In the grill station, you have to cook meats such as beef, chicken, pork, and steak. When they are cooked, you need to place them into the taco shells.
• Build Station: In the build station, you will add some toppings such as tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, onions, white rice, peppers, black beans, and so on. Moreover, don't forget to add sauces such as mild sauce, sour cream, hot sauce, nacho cheese, Verde sauce, and loco mystery sauce.

After a hard-working day in the taco shop, you can join mini-games to have fun and test your fortune. There are three mini-games which are Spin N' Sauce, Hot Shot, and Mitch's Mess. Each mini-game has a distinct playing rule. You should participate in them to earn extra coins and unlock new customers.
